The Renaissance World Golf Village Resort and Convention Center In Jacksonville/St. Augustine, Florida Expands Recreational Options For Groups With Privileges At The Exclusive Oceanfront Serenata Beach Club
JACKSONVILLE/ST. AUGUSTINE, FL (January 2012) – Following the recent renovation and expansion of its outdoor meeting, event and recreational space, The Renaissance World Golf Village Resort and Convention Center in Jacksonville/St. Augustine, Florida is adding another new recreational option to groups. Beginning February 1, 2012, groups and guests at the AAA Four-Diamond Northeast Florida resort will enjoy privileges at the exclusive Serenata Beach Club, which features a breathtaking setting overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The announcement was made by Jeffrey Oliasami, general manager of the 301-room Renaissance World Golf Village Resort, which together with the adjacent World Golf Hall of Fame offers 101,000 square feet of meeting and event space, making it the largest combination hotel and convention center between Atlanta and Orlando.

The private Serenata Beach Club features: a 12,000-square-foot oceanfront clubhouse; a 4,000-square-foot adult pool with dedicated lap lanes; a 4,000-square-foot pool with a cascading 12-foot waterfall; a fully-equipped fitness center; fully-equipped locker facilities; an activities director; and personal trainers. In addition to providing privileges to groups and guests, The Renaissance World Golf Village Resort also will provide a complimentary shuttle to and from Serenata Beach Club for individual guests (based on availability). Serenata Beach Club is located in Ponte Vedra Beach, in between St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra, a comfortable drive from The Renaissance World Golf Village Resort.
